The entirely new visual identity and packaging design for Doppio Malto - a historical Italian craft beer factory with an ultra pop soul. A new bottle, nine shining labels and a bespoke typography in a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
The bottle’s old fashioned design, inspired by the brew house of Doppio Malto’s first brewery, narrates the brand’s beer crafting tradition and its convivial nature. A happy place where to create and drink a beer.
Nine shades of shimmering labels make the identity of each single beer shine, bringing new light to the historical Italian factory. The marker-made signature turns a rather simple and linear bottle-wrap into a genuine and spontaneous label. The handwritten typography has been thought to be the indelible signature of Doppio Malto’s beer masters - the human touch enclosed in a marker that, once again, highlights the factory’s beer crafting tradition.
Long story short, ‘The Ultra Pop Craft Beer’ is a project with many ingredients, where opposites attract, creating an amazing energy between what it used to be and what it will be. A true story of success and new challenges to face with a smile.
